Vuoristorata is operated by the brakemasters, who in addition to braking the train are also responsible for customer safety and other demanding tasks at Vuoristorata. After completing two weeks of training, the new brakemaster receives a number that indicates their place in the brakemaster lineup. The number decreases over the years as new brakemasters are trained and older ones retire; the oldest working brakemaster has the smallest number, and the newest has the biggest number.<\/p>

#1 Topi<\/strong><\/p>

Topi is a charming, friendly and honest gentleman \u2013 that's exactly what a brakeman should be. During his long career, Topi achieved the absolute number one position in the brakemen's hierarchy and will always be a role model for brakemen. Every curve of Vuoristorata forever remembers the cycles driven by the king of Linnanm\u00e4ki.<\/p>

Topi worked as a brakeman for 37 seasons during 1975\u20132011 and his number 1 has been retired to honor Topi's long career as a brakeman.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

#2 Taavi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working as an entrepreneur when not braking, Taavi is currently the oldest working brakemaster and he enjoys the source of eternal youth in the unique atmosphere of Vuoristorata. A man whose feet are rooted in the train can cruise up to 180 cycles during a high season day!<\/p>\n

#3 Marko<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marko, or more familiarly Mauge, represents the more experienced end of the brakemaster work community. Marko, who originally started working at Linnanm\u00e4ki in the games department, works as the shift manager of the hotel reception during the off-season. The father of three has a firm and confident grip on his work, not forgetting humor. In the work community Marko preserves the traditions of brakemasters and always welcomes new brakemasters in his own special way!<\/p>\n

#4 Matias<\/strong><\/p>

This sound engineer is also an amusement park encyclopedia. Matias knows Vuoristorata like the back of his hand and he is also a preserver of the history of Vuoristorata and a respecter of its traditions. Aside from braking the train, Matias enjoys music, movies and cycling.<\/p>

#5 Waltteri<\/strong><\/p>

The joy pill of the brakemaster gang who brings real fun to every workday! Waltteri, who enjoys being with people, is studying to be a teacher, and jumps from the school bench to the back of the roller coaster train for the summer!<\/p>

Mechanical engineer Panu brings young enthusiasm and energy to Vuoristorata, and always works with calm and assertive attitude.<\/p>

#7 Ilpo<\/strong><\/p>

A calm and joking gentleman who takes both colleagues and clients into account in his work. Ilpo's polite and cheerful smile lasts for the whole day and he brings joy to the day of others with his positive attitude. When studying at the university and at work, Ilpo maintains humble passion and motivation. In addition to braking, Ilpo loves skateboarding and headstanding.<\/p>

Anna is the second female brakemaster in the history of Vuoristorata. Anna has at least as much will, determination and torque as Vuoristorata's lift hill motor, and more energy and tenacy than Little My. This avid ice hockey player works as a sports advisor and a coach.<\/p>

Isak is a polite gentleman who works efficiently and with great motivation. He has a professional and humble attitude toward customer service. Always cheerful, Isak is studying to become a Master of Science in Engineering, works in the technology field outside Linnanm\u00e4ki, and also performs as a DJ alongside his studies.<\/p>

This tattooed heart melter has Vuoristorata's many situations under control, whether he's loading trains on the platform or braking at the back of the train. In his spare time, Samuel enjoys the company of his friends, working out and metal music.<\/p>

Cheerful and charming Joni treats every customer with a unique approach. With ten years of basketball background, Joni keeps the ball in control in Vuoristorata's work tasks and never lets go, even in the busiest moments. When he's not at Vuoristorata, you can spot Joni working out and participating in student events. Joni has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.<\/p>

Taru, who excels at the duties of a doorperson, handles even challenging customer situations firmly and professionally. When driving, she is a brakemaster with real safety hands who strives for perfect laps and makes ascending to Brunila curve an art. Cheerful and sporty, Taru is in her element at Vuoristorata, and in her free time she can be found in the company of animals, studying or playing sports.<\/p>

Elias is a cheerful and social brakemaster, who has actively developed his skills at the brake handle, aiming for consistently great laps. Elias has quickly grown into a part of Vuoristorata's tight-knit working community and you can often find him cheering up the atmosphere with his jokes and cheerful nature. When working at the entrance, Elias is the epitome of calm, taking care of security and order. This fan of Finnish schlager classics, who graduated with a degree in business administration, spends his winters playing ice hockey.<\/p>

Arnika takes every customer into account with dignity, with the aim of creating happy and memorable moments for every visitor. In her free time, this animal lover who dreams of studying graphic design can be found walking with his dog or practicing equestrian vaulting.<\/p>

Amira has a long-standing passion for music, and her encouraging nature was shaped by her involvement in cheerleading. In her free time, this business student keeps up the pace by jogging with her dogs and spending time with her friends.<\/p>

Iisak works with a calm, steady hand, whether he is on the platform filling trains or braking. He is meticulous in his work, making sure that everything is done correctly down to the last detail. This sporty martial arts fan has a high work ethic, and difficult situations do not scare him. Iisak, who will soon graduate as a math teacher, spends his free time reading books, playing games, and watching movies and series.<\/p>
